BHW (“we”, “our”, or the “Website”)

  1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that picking the right style and color might be difficult when choosing from a computer screen. Therefore, we are glad to accept the return of unopened merchandise from BeautyHairWorld.com subject to the conditions set forth below. Please note that we do not offer an exchange.

The return made must be within five (5) days of the date of the order; a confirmation email unless a longer period is specified in writing at the time of purchase, order confirmation, or shipment confirmation e-mail.

Due to hygienic reasons, returns on opened, worn, or tampered with merchandise is unacceptable. It means the product you are returning must be in original condition as received.

Note: BHW is not responsible for lost returns during return process.

  1. UNELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN

Some products are not eligible for the return or refund:

  • Any opened, used, tried on, altered, and damaged by the customer, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
  • Clearance items, Special sale items, Promotional items, and Special-orders are Final sale.
  • ALL Hair care products are Final sale.

We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, so that we DO NOT ALLOW opened items returned.

beautyhairworld.com reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our discretion.

  1. STEPS TO RETURN

Step 1. You must contact us first at service.bhw@outlook.com within five (5) days.

Step 2. After checking qualification of return, we will provide the prepaid shipping label with RMA# and return instructions via email.

Step 3. Print the shipping label and place the label on the box. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the return box and drop your package off to the nearest USPS office or UPS Store. All returned items must include the packing slip.

Step 4. Upon receipt of your package an inspection and review of the product has qualified for a refund. Please allow up to 3-10 business days from date the package arrived. If the returned items are not in the same condition as they were when sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you; shipping charges may apply.

Step 5. After approval of return, all refunds processed are within 3-5 business days.

  1. REFUSED PACKAGE / UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED (RETURN TO SENDER)

 Re-shipping is available with additional payment for the cost of shipping; if applicable.

If for any reason you are unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, the package will be as a regular return.

A 10% handling fee applies, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

  1. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, AND WRONG PRODUCTS

In circumstances where you consider that the product does not conform to your order, you should promptly contact us via email with details of the product along with a description of the defect within 5 days from delivery date.

Once our team approves the defect, you may return the product following the “Return Step” process. Upon receipt of the defective returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email within 7-10 business days. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within (30) days of the date we confirmed to you via email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement for the nonconforming product.

If any defect exists, defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges (if any) and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product.  All refunds paid back by the original method of payment. If not, we will issue a merchandise credit.

  1. REFUND

After reviewing the product returned, we will contact you regarding whether you have a right to a refund based on our Return policy conditions.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Fees

Returns are subject to restocking fees of up to 50% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. BHW may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the wholesale customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. BHW reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fees are applied, after this adjustment.

We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case; within fifteen (15) days of the date, of the returned goods received by us. The original shipping cost can be deducted from the refund amount for the return if the original order was qualified for free shipping. We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make a payment. If the original form of payment is not available, please contact Customer Service via email. In this case, an issuance of a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits do not expire.  

Please note that the cost of shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund. We are also not responsible for non-BHW merchandise included in any returns.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement (due to different banking institution policies). No price adjustments will be honored for any marked-down merchandise.
