Shipping Rates
Yes! Shipping is FREE for all orders! unless you’ve selected specific delivery options during checkout.

We ship worldwide! For international customers, the shipping price only includes the shipping and handling of your package. Any custom fees or duties and tides due by your country, will require payment made directly to the carrier of your country.

 

Order Processing and Deadline
it will take 1 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Shipping is available Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is an upgraded to express. If the orders made after 4pm, we do not ship orders on the same day of your order. Please allow next business day for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday at night, your order should ship out on Tuesday).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

 

Responsibility after Shipping

Once your package is handed over to our trusted delivery carriers (USPS or UPS), and you receive your tracking information, it is your responsibility to ensure its safe arrival.

 What You Can Do:

  • Use the tracking information we provide to monitor your package’s progress.
  • Make any necessary adjustments or arrangements prior to delivery (e.g., address updates or delivery holds).

We do not offer refunds or replacements for missing packages after they have been shipped. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our friendly team. We’re here to help!

 

  • Shipping Time-frames

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided at the time of ordering; or if there are unverified details with your order, the processing of your order may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to avoid any possible delays. 

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages delivered are to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (e.g. a work address or a friend's address).  NO SHIPPING TO PO BOX!

*Free shipping excludes United Arab Emirates, Israel, and Switzerland. Due to increased shipping rates, we are no longer able to cover the cost of shipping to these regions. Please see the billing fee on your payment page to make sure how much you are charged.

*** The scheduled date of delivery is not guaranteed when delays due to the following occurrences: insufficient information provided by customer; terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods, etc.
